-------砥砺前行的舟山中学

  1921年(nian)(nian),舟(zhou)山(shan)(shan)籍上海(hai)商界(jie)魁首、爱国实业(ye)家刘鸿生,旅沪商绅(shen)朱(zhu)葆三等配合(he)规画(hua),在定海(hai)镇(zhen)鳌山(shan)(shan)下创办定海(hai)公学,一所(suo)享(xiang)誉百(bai)年(nian)(nian)的黉舍今后降生,一所(suo)人材摇篮初具(ju)(ju)雏形。今后,舟(zhou)隐士具(ju)(ju)备了(le)本(ben)(ben)身真实的中学,起头誊写本(ben)(ben)身的教(jiao)(jiao)导诗篇(pian),成绩了(le)本(ben)(ben)身的教(jiao)(jiao)导神话。黄(huang)炎培(pei)、陶行知、陈鹤琴等教(jiao)(jiao)导大师(shi)为(wei)黉舍经(jing)营(ying)蓝图,曹馥山(shan)(shan)、方同源、穆丰(feng)年(nian)(nian)等着名(ming)传(chuan)授(shou)则耕(geng)作舟(zhou)中,“奥运之(zhi)父”王正廷为(wei)校刊(kan)做序(xu)题跋,张骞、蔡元培(pei)、于(yu)右任等民国名(ming)流(liu)为(wei)之(zhi)题写刊(kan)名(ming)。百(bai)年(nian)(nian)已逝,但任光阴若何飞(fei)逝,不变的是舟(zhou)中人的精(jing)力与情怀,传(chuan)承的是舟(zhou)中的百(bai)年(nian)(nian)文脉(mai)。回首百(bai)年(nian)(nian)沧桑,舟(zhou)中人在时候的长河中打捞属于(yu)本(ben)(ben)身光阴及影象,品鉴着曩昔,歆享(xiang)着此刻,追(zhui)梦着将来。

饱经风雨而葱茏,历经锻淬而生辉

  历(li)经百年(nian)(nian)沧桑,黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)办(ban)(ban)学(xue)(xue)汗(han)青走过多少风雨,多少曲折,校(xiao)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)也跟着(zhe)汗(han)青的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)浮(fu)而不(bu)(bu)时(shi)变更(geng)。变化(hua)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)校(xiao)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)如(ru)同性命的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个个印(yin)记,让(rang)不(bu)(bu)着(zhe)边际舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)人(ren)铭(ming)刻(ke)。1921年(nian)(nian),舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)个古(gu)代教导(dao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)创(chuang)办(ban)(ban),命名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai)公(gong)学(xue)(xue)”,寄意为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)布衣(yi)公(gong)共后辈之(zhi)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she),设中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)、小学(xue)(xue)两部。延至(zhi)1927年(nian)(nian),因高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)开办(ban)(ban),更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“私(si)(si)立(li)(li)(li)定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai)低(di)(di)级中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,到1934年(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)再次更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai)县(xian)(xian)(xian)私(si)(si)立(li)(li)(li)舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)低(di)(di)级中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”。1939年(nian)(nian),日寇占据定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)自愿迁(qian)往上海(hai)(hai)(hai),与上海(hai)(hai)(hai)、苏南、浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)西(xi)等地(di)18所(suo)(suo)私(si)(si)立(li)(li)(li)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)联办(ban)(ban),并称为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“上海(hai)(hai)(hai)市私(si)(si)立(li)(li)(li)华东(dong)结合中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”。1942年(nian)(nian),又在舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)旧址创(chuang)办(ban)(ban)“昌(chang)国中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,持续传承舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)不(bu)(bu)朽的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)脉。抗日战斗成功后,黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)再次更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai)县(xian)(xian)(xian)立(li)(li)(li)低(di)(di)级中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”。新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)国的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)建立(li)(li)(li),为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生长(zhang)(zhang)供给了新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)契机,1950年(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)生长(zhang)(zhang)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)完整中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue),校(xiao)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)省定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai)县(xian)(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,1958年(nian)(nian)9月,更(geng)名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)省舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)县(xian)(xian)(xian)第(di)一(yi)(yi)(yi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,1960年(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)被列(lie)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)全省16所(suo)(suo)重点(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)。1962年(nian)(nian),黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)正式命名(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)(ming)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)“浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)省舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)”,相沿(yan)至(zhi)今(jin)。1981年(nian)(nian)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)被评为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)省首批18所(suo)(suo)重点(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)之(zhi)一(yi)(yi)(yi),1996年(nian)(nian)被认定(ding)为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)省一(yi)(yi)(yi)级重点(dian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)。因古(gu)迹生长(zhang)(zhang),本来(lai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)办(ban)(ban)学(xue)(xue)空间已不(bu)(bu)能顺应新(xin)时(shi)期的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)教导(dao)生长(zhang)(zhang)请求。2012年(nian)(nian)3月黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)从定(ding)海(hai)(hai)(hai)昌(chang)国路(lu)5号迁(qian)至(zhi)新(xin)城定(ding)沈(shen)路(lu)285号,一(yi)(yi)(yi)所(suo)(suo)古(gu)代化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)耸峙于东(dong)海(hai)(hai)(hai)之(zhi)滨。新(xin)校(xiao)区(qu)占地(di)236亩,修(xiu)(xiu)建面积6.77万(wan)平方米,校(xiao)园(yuan)修(xiu)(xiu)建中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)西(xi)合璧,透视着(zhe)灵气和聪(cong)明。校(xiao)园(yuan)情况(kuang)美(mei)好高雅,举措(cuo)措(cuo)施(shi)功效(xiao)齐备(bei)。此刻(ke)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)舟(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)已是一(yi)(yi)(yi)所(suo)(suo)具(ju)备(bei)书香(xiang)气、人(ren)文(wen)性、生态化(hua)、聪(cong)明型、佳构式的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)古(gu)代化(hua)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)。2014年(nian)(nian)被确以为(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)浙(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)江(jiang)省一(yi)(yi)(yi)级通俗高中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)特点(dian)树模(mo)黉(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)舍(she)(she)。

承袭文化而不怠,铸就将来而不时

  黉舍饱(bao)经风雨而(er)越发葱茏,历经锻淬更熠熠生辉,东(dong)海(hai)之滨不老的教导(dao)神话得(de)益于(yu)“博(bo)爱”校(xiao)训沿承,得(de)益于(yu)“从严(yan)务实、开辟立异”校(xiao)风的苦守,得(de)益于(yu)“文理(li)偏(pian)重、统筹拿手(shou)、面向国际、多元(yuan)拓展”办学理(li)念的掌控。由于(yu)只(zhi)要文脉(mai)根底深挚,方有(you)(you)枝(zhi)繁叶茂;只(zhi)要文化博(bo)识有(you)(you)容,才(cai)有(you)(you)不世之功(gong)。

  【校训】“博爱”是中西文化配合的精华。“博爱”是首任校长董景安师长教员在1927年离校时提出的训导之言,倡导“上课时取其严酷,散学后取自在”、“师长教员自动教导”。黉舍以“博爱”作为校训,既是汗青的见证,又是文化的表现,更是黉舍生生不时的能源和源泉,鼓励着一代又一代舟中人在教导的陆地中披荆斩棘,奋勇抢先。跟着时期脚步的不时进步,博爱的校训也随之生长丰硕,顺应着时期的乐律。基于今世社会对人材的综合素养的请求,“博爱”的内涵已扩大为“博学”、“博才”、“博识”,兼具“社会之爱”与“天然之爱”。“博学”首要指博识的学科根本常识,并开端突破文理学科的常识边界。“博才”首要指以思惟力、立异力、带领力为焦点的各种根基能力。“博识”首要指以健全的心思特点、准确的代价观、环球化视线为焦点的看法认识。“社会之爱”首要指爱本身、爱别人、爱国度为焦点的根基感情。“天然之爱”首要指人与天然协调相处的根基感情。“博学”“博才”“博识”三者慢慢递进又彼此容纳;“社会之爱”“天然之爱”彼此补充又彼此增进,是对“博爱”内涵的今世解读,成为我校培养方针的内核。

  【校风】从严务实,开辟立异 。“从严务实”是黉舍的良好传统,既稀释了黉舍办学、治学、汗青经历,又对师生言前进行了鞭笞。黉舍以“严”为导向,强化轨制办理,完成松散办学。教员则遵守教导讲授纪律,松散治学。师长教员则严酷请求本身,脚结壮地求真知,做真人。立异是黉舍生长的不竭能源,黉舍以立异的理念为指导,以开辟的锐气求生长,晋升焦点合作力,建立特点品牌,成绩教导之功。

  【教风】严爱融教,笃实敬业。教员将严酷与博爱无机地融在教导讲授中。爱是“严”的动身点和归宿,严是“爱”的渗入和折射。教员做到严而无方勤育人,严而有度规其行,严而有恒出高徒。教员承传孔子“博爱众,而亲仁”的思惟,对师长教员以爱动其情,至心庇护心灵;教员要勤于笃实,构成结壮当真的讲授气概,切身理论的干事立场,扎结壮实,一步一个足迹。教员以敬业为指导,富有对教导古迹的热忱和固执,富有对教书育野生作的专一和苦守。

  【学风】 诚笃尚礼,学思至精。师长教员为人肄业当以诚笃为根本,立品处世当尚礼为要法。诚笃是肄业立场,诚信结壮;尚礼是肄业内容,周全生长。学为基,师长教员自动进修,能力成绩常识的博识;思为升,师长教员长于思虑,能力发掘常识的深度。学而不思则罔,思而不学则殆,学思相融,方能到达进修的至精境地。

不辍耕作而无悔,采撷硕果而觉爽

  舟(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)历(li)经患难(nan),几(ji)历(li)演化,承受了(le)汗(han)青(qing)风雨(yu)的浸礼(li),在舟(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)这片饱(bao)经沧桑的地(di)盘上生长(zhang)(zhang)、生长(zhang)(zhang)、强大,培(pei)养(yang)出了(le)多量官场栋梁,商界(jie)精英,学(xue)界(jie)肱骨。陈毅元帅在1949年11月与(yu)返国的刘(liu)(liu)鸿生师长(zhang)(zhang)教员(yuan)会(hui)晤时,称舟(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)是(shi)“反动的摇篮”,这既是(shi)对(dui)刘(liu)(liu)鸿生师长(zhang)(zhang)教员(yuan)为(wei)抗(kang)战(zhan)作出的功勋的最中(zhong)(zhong)肯而客观的评(ping)估,也是(shi)对(dui)舟(zhou)(zhou)山(shan)(shan)中(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)为(wei)抗(kang)战(zhan)和新四军作出的进献的由(you)衷赞美。
